Constantine has served as the firm’s Principal for more than twenty-three years. He has extensive experience in various legal fields and is highly dedicated, providing expert advice and representation in areas such as family law, commercial law, criminal law, immigration, aged care and estates law.

Professional and solutions-focused, Constantine handles what are often difficult and emotional matters for clients with diplomacy, understanding and care.

Throughout his career, Constantine has built strong connections with service providers frequently involved in family law disputes, complex immigration appeals and applications, criminal drug cases, commercial contract law involving accountants, and forensic experts. This network benefits his clients whenever necessary.

Constantine possesses innate negotiation skills that allow him to calmly evaluate his clients’ situations and provide advice leading to favourable outcomes, often avoiding Court. Constantine has extensive experience representing clients in Court, including appearances before the Magistrates and County Court, Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (with appeals to the Full Court), and in Victoria’s Magistrates, County, and Supreme Courts.

When he’s not practicing law, he enjoys spoiling his grandchildren and, when the weather is pleasant, he might be out on his boat in the Bay.
